Q1: Will a metallic-finish ACP get rusty outdoors?

No. The metallic effect is created by surface coating with no exposed metal. Professional weather-resistant coatings effectively prevent rust and oxidation in outdoor environments.

Q2: Will the metallic luster fade over time?

Our high-performance coatings have good gloss retention after professional aging tests. FEVE and PVDF-coated panels maintain stable luster for much longer service life.

Q3: Can the panel be bent for special shapes?

Yes. It retains excellent processability of standard ACP, supporting grooving, bending, and curving for various designs.

Warranty shall comply with the standard of ACP with the corresponding coating, as detailed below:

PE (Polyester) Coating

Single-coat PE: 2-year warranty. No warranty for green, yellow, orange and grey color series.

Double-coat PE: 3 years warranty. No warranty for green, yellow, orange and grey color series.

HDP (High Weather-resistant Polyester) Coating

Green, yellow, orange and grey color series: 3 years warranty.

Other color series: 5 years warranty.

FEVE (Fluorocarbon) Coating

Tinted light colors (pink, light blue, light green, light yellow, light grey, etc.): 6 years warranty.

Other color series: 10 years warranty.

PVDF (Fluorocarbon) Coating

Tinted light colors (pink, light blue, light green, light yellow, light grey, etc.): 10 years warranty.

Other color series: 15 years warranty.

Notice: All warranty periods are based on actual outdoor tests in multiple regions worldwide, without exaggerated publicity. The actual service life of the panel is longer than the stated warranty period. The warranty only covers quality issues such as coating fading and chalking. Man-made damage, improper installation, and extreme natural disasters are not covered. Products used within 3 kilometers from the seashore, in a strong alkali environment, or in a long-term humid environment are excluded from the warranty.
